Job Introduction

Job Role: Cook/Chef 

Hours: 29 hours per week 

Pay Rate:  £13.50 per hour (£14.55 on weekends!) 

Location: Greenhill House, Tweentown, Cheddar, Somerset, BS27 3HY

Shift Patterns:  07:30am - 16:30pm

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working as a Cook/Chef within a Care Setting, you must have a Level 2 QCF qualification in catering or demonstrable experience in working as a Chef or a Cook.

About the Role:

As a cook you will:

• Provide a high standard or varied menus, reflecting individual dietary requirements, and ensuring nutritional value is monitored.
• To manage and order food stock.
• Supporting with maintaining a clean and safe kitchen to a high standard.
• To work with the kitchen assistant in the preparation and serving of food.
