Registered Manager
Location: Overseeing the Supported Living site in Peterborough (Rainbow Court) and outreach services across Birmingham, Bristol, London, and Somerset. The role can be based in any location, with a requirement to visit Rainbow Court in Peterborough at least once per month. All other services are managed remotely though candidates should be comfortable to travel to these locations where needed.
Contract: Full Time | Permanent
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence essential

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the person making sure everything runs smoothly across our supported living service at Rainbow Court and communicator guide support within Birmingham, Bristol, London, and Somerset
That means:
Leading a team of Care Coordinators and Team Leaders
Keeping services safe, compliant and person-centred
Managing rotas, staffing and service delivery
Working with local authorities and health partners
Supporting and developing your team so they can thrive
Driving quality, safeguarding and continuous improvement
Making sure the people we support are always at the heart of what we do
In short — you’ll keep the service strong, the team motivated, and the standards high.
About you
You might already be a Registered Manager, or a confident Deputy ready for the next step.
You’ll probably recognise yourself in this list:
Experienced in supported living or regulated care
Comfortable leading teams and juggling rotas
Familiar with CQC regulations and compliance
A natural communicator who can build strong relationships
Holds Level 3 Health & Social Care
Working towards or ready to complete Level 5 Leadership & Management
Never worked with deafblind individuals before? No problem at all. We’ll give you all the training you need.
